Class was taken up by review of the Narr PV. As with previous review days, a quiz was taken from the presence and general quality of the paper in class.

Class met as scheduled, at 1000 in Weir 110. The class roster listed 20 students enrolled, unchanged since the last regular class meeting. Eighteen attended, verified by the quiz. Student participation was good. Three students from the class attended office hours since the previous class meeting.

Class today, as with the previous class meeting and the one before, was taken up by conferences with students, during which students were asked after their progress on upcoming work and, as time and circumstances allowed, about other concerns of college. Of the 20 students enrolled in the class and signed up to sit for conferences, all attended as scheduled. Conversations were generally good.

After asking about questions and concerns from the previous class meeting and before, as well as concerns of Ppr 1, discussion turned to concepts of narration and involvement in textual production before adjourning in favor of a quiz.

After addressing concerns from and questions about the previous class meeting, discussion asked after progress on the Expl. Thence, it returned to the assigned readings for the week, The Taming of the Shrew.

Discussion focused on the results of assessing the Ppr 1 RV that had been submitted, doing so with the intent of improving performance on the upcoming final version of the project. Remaining time treated concerns from the previous class meeting and the assigned readings for the week.
